
As part of Mental Health Awareness Day on Monday 10th October, we are offering free consultations and wellbeing check-ups with certified wellbeing and personal development coach, Kate Horwood to members.
These sessions will be held virtually and are offered on a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to book in your session quickly when registration opens!
The consultation and wellbeing check-up is for you if you resonate with any of the following:
You’re experiencing some degree of burnout
You feel stressed and/or anxious more than not
You struggle with your time and energy management
You identify as a procrastinator, perfectionist and/or people pleaser
You’d like to be able to eat better, exercise more, work smarter
You’re not where you’d like to be with your health, wellbeing or your business goals and you’re finding it hard to make effective improvements that are sustainable.
